Cancellation Policy
We reserve dedicated time for each patient appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. We understand emergencies happen and may waive fees at our discretion.
